Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Franchisees Work Together

Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Franchisees Work Together

Last week, we hosted our annual Holiday Lighting Training class here in Richmond, VA. We are always so pleased to have our franchisees in Richmond and see them working together, sharing best practices and comparing notes from their locations.

Many of last weeks’ Holiday Lighting trainees are brand new to the Outdoor Lighting Perspectives family, having just launched their franchises this year. It was a great opportunity for us to hear how their seasons are progressing and learn how we can further assist them throughout the remainder of the year. I was thrilled to hear how many of our newest OLPfranchisees are enjoying their new business venture. All of our new franchisees were thrilled to be back in Richmond to learn more about the holiday lighting program. In fact, each and everyone of them shared how thrilled they are to roll out their holiday lighting program this fall/winter.

As a special treat for our franchisees, we flew in our very own holiday lighting guru, David Perlmutter.

David and his wife Amy have been valued members of the Outdoor Lighting Perspectives family for quite a few years. David and Amy have successfully perfected holiday lighting in their hometown of Pittsburgh, PA and we have enjoyed seeing their success continue to grow each year. David was kind enough to travel to Richmond (in the middle of his busy season) and spend three days with our new franchisees here in Richmond, VA sharing his personal experience, tips and secrets to help them launch their holiday lighting business this year.

David held a special classroom session where he educated and trained franchisees on ways to properly create custom holiday lighting designs for homeowners by selecting the right products to create that magical holiday feeling. Jessica Kelman (fellow Outdoor Living Brands recruitment consultant) was kind enough to host our franchisees and be our holiday client. Jessica and her husband have a beautiful home a few miles away from our corporate headquarters and their home was the perfect test house for our holiday training class.
