Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Prepares For December Training And Welcomes New Franchisees

One of my favorite times of year here at Outdoor Lighting Perspectives is the holidays! I love seeing pictures and reading stories from our franchisees who are helping homeowners and business owners prepare and celebrate the holiday season with beautiful holiday lighting. In fact, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Nashville was asked for the third year in a row to decorate the capital tree in downtown Nashville. The city purchased a beautiful (and giant) Norway spruce which was harvested in the Cumberland Forest. The official tree lighting ceremony was held in Nashville on December first and the tree was beautiful! You can see a picture and read about the project on Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Nashville’s blog.

Our Pittsburgh location also recently completed a large holiday lighting project for the Carnegie Mellon University Campus. David Perlmutter and his team spent hours wrapping more than 20 trees throughout the campus with festive lighting. Their team was also featured on KDKA a local CBS affiliate in the Pittsburgh market who ran an article and news special educating Pittsburgh homeowners on the service they provide. You can watch the story and read more by visiting the KDKA website.

But while our franchisees are hard at work making homes warm and bright from coast to coast, our team here in Richmond, is busy preparing for next weeks training class with new franchisees from Minnesota and Pennsylvania. Part of the benefit to joining a World Class Franchise like Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, is the quality training and on-going support we provide for each and every one of our franchisees. Next week our support teams will spend 5 days with our newest franchisees helping the prepare to launch their Outdoor Lighting Perspectives businesses in the coming year. Our classroom subjects will cover everything from marketing their business, managing their financials, understanding the technology services to product knowledge and of course, installation. The team will spend time both in the classroom as well as out in the field when Jim Morris, Director of Field Operations, spends time with the franchisees walking them through the night time demonstration and then installation process.

We are thrilled with the success our franchisees are seeing with their local operations and equally ecstatic to welcome so many new franchisees to our family this year!
