A standard day in the life of our franchisees includes:
- Meeting with the installation team to discuss the schedule for the day
- Discussing daily, weekly, and monthly goals with the installation team
- Checking inventory levels
- Following up on email’s and phone calls
- Developing proposals and reviewing open proposals
- Conducting lighting design consultations
- Having lunch with a trade alliance partner (Builder, Architect, Pool Company)
- Meeting with networking groups weekly
- Reviewing the marketing plan weekly and making necessary adjustments
- Checking in on the install team at the job site
