Lead Generation

OLP has a proven, well-respected track record of lead generation and business development practices that have led to over $200 million of business. Further, as part of Outdoor Living Brands, OLP franchisees have access to marketing and lead generation best practices shared across our multiple brands. This includes traditional lead generation activities such as targeted direct mail, print advertising, home and garden shows, referral marketing and guerrilla marketing strategies and tactics. In addition, we have developed an online strategy that gives our franchisees the necessary tools and guidance to have a leading presence on the web and across various social media platforms.

Marketing Support

Our experienced marketing professionals help franchisees develop their annual marketing plans and determine which strategies and tactics best fit the marketplace and provide the strongest ROI. The philosophy of our marketing team is to proactively research and identify new marketing and advertising opportunities for the franchise system.

Customer Loyalty & Retention

A proven client experience sets us apart from other home service contractors. From the initial call to the post-installation follow-up, our well-defined process leads to more referrals and ongoing maintenance and service revenue. At Outdoor Living Brands and OLP, we measure our customer satisfaction using the Net Promoter Score, and our customer loyalty rates compare favorably with world-class brands across many industries.

Comprehensive Technology Platform

OLP has created a suite of technology tools to support the daily efficient operations of the business. They include a full enterprise service platform (i.e., CRM, field operations, accounting integration, etc.) that will allow you to manage daily workflow, from marketing to the initial customer call all the way through invoicing and collection of receivables.

Franchise Partner Network

You’ll have dozens and dozens of partners in the business—and your fellow franchise partners have been there and done that. You’ll find that your fellow franchisees will be a trusted and experienced network that you’ll rely on for advice, guidance, and support—shortening and easing your learning curve in the business.

OLP, featured as one of the “Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America,” has been designated as a “World Class Franchise” by the Franchise Research Institute, a third-party firm that surveys franchise systems for franchisee satisfaction and support. Less than three dozen franchise systems, out of the over 3,000 franchise concepts, have earned this prestigious distinction determined solely by the satisfaction of our existing franchisees.
